Educational programs:
These Programs are offered to schools, youth groups, civic groups, and libraries. The programs can be tailored to native local wildlife, ecology, environment, natural resources, or backyard habitat creation.

You can also add that we are able to create and design programs that meet the North Carolina Standard Course of Study (NCSCOS) for the appropriate content standards for each grade or proficiency level and each high school course.  STEM presentations are available that incorporate a focus on nature.

WILD LIFE ENCOUNTERS

Want to earn your conservation and wildlife badge? You get to work with wildlife, care for animals, and help with various projects at Possumwood Acres Wildlife Sanctuary.
